Join the Circular Cities Summer School!

Looking for a great activity in September that gets you tuned in on sustainability and circular cities? Always wanted to re-think a city and improve its carbon footprint? Are you curious to see how other students from around the globe complement your insights with their multidisciplinary background? Then our Circular Cities summer school might just be your deal!

During the Circular Cities summer school (7-18th of September 2020), you are trained and challenged to co-develop novel solutions for sustainable circular cities. The focus lies specifically on the role of raw materials in the transition to green mobility, renewable energy and a digital society. The programme is composed of 3 inter-woven training lines:

  • Interactive lectures and workshops: learn from academic and industrial experts in the field!
  • A multi-day tournament in which you work in small groups to jointly re-design a city district, focusing on challenges in water, energy and raw materials
  • In-depth thematic groups where you work on case studies and present your findings to your peers. Let’s micro-teach!

The event is entirely online so just call in from whereever you are on the globe.

Wonder about the participation cost? You’ll be happy to learn that you can join for free!
