Legalize an English copy of your diploma at a Belgian Embassy in your country if your country is on the list on page 2 document).
ONLY FOR countries on page 1 document
Obtain an original apostille seal on a English copy of your diploma at the appropriate authorities if your country is on the list of page 1 document).

ONLY FOR EU-countries (exceptions see page 3) document
A certified true copy means: an English copy of your diploma that was certified by the awarding university (with stamp or signature) or by a power of law (notary) (see page 3 document)
Scholarship selection process
To award the fee waivers and scholarships, all students will be ranked based on evaluation of their application by a SINReM scholarship selection committee. To set up the scholarship ranking this selection committee can take into account not only previous achievements, motivation (including entrepreneurial spirit) and references, but also scientific background of the applicants, as the SINReM programme aims to work on multidisciplinary projects with a diversity of students having different backgrounds. Successful candidates who been granted academic admittance will receive a letter of admission, signed by the Registrar of Ghent University, in the name of the SINReM consortium. All students will be notified of their academic admission by receiving a Letter of Admission.
Scholarship nominees are announced on April 1st.

The applicants can appeal to the coordinator, in writing, for e-mail, within 48 hours of the final marks made public, indicating what item of the evaluation has not been properly done, and referring only to the documentation sent for the application. The coordinator will reply by e-mail to the appeal, accepting or rejecting it, within 7 days. The e-mails of appeal and the responde of the coordinator will be added to the documentation sent to the EU.
