Meet Elise Meerburg, the new CAPTURE Training Coordinator

CAPTURE has a new team member since May! Elise Meerburg is the new Training Coordinator for the platform. Under the guidance of Prof. Gijs Du Laing she works for a set of projects such as the Circular City Summer Camp, the Circular Societies major for SINReM, the MOOC on Waste Water, MOTOPED, the Industrial Symbiosis Hub etc. Her task is to coordinate all aspects of the training components in these projects.

Elise has 10 years of work experience as international relations officer for two Erasmus Mundus programmes at Ghent University: IMFSE and IMBRSea. As part of the management team, she was responsible for the practical implementation and stakeholder communication. She studied applied linguistics and interpretation (Spanish – French), and obtained an additional master in business economics.
